Payment Methods

All transactions made using our payment methods are safe and protected with the highest security standards.

All payments made with credit cards are protected by the 3D Secure security protocol. This protocol adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that only the cardholder can make payments. An additional verification step is required, such as a security code or answering a security question, to confirm the authenticity of the payment.

ATM

When choosing Multibanco as your payment method, you will receive a reference code that you will need to use to make the payment at ATMs or in stores within the Multibanco network. Multibanco payments can be made through the Multibanco ATM network or through your online banking.

Upon completing your order, a Multibanco reference will be generated. You will receive this reference in the order confirmation email.

If the customer has not made the transfer after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Credit card

When choosing Credit Card as your payment method, you will be redirected to the secure page of your bank's administrator where you can make the payment. The payment limit is R$ 5,000 per transaction.

Paypal

Paypal is a secure payment method used worldwide. For more information about this payment method, visit www.paypal.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not retain any of the customer's PayPal account login information
