Once your order payment is confirmed, we will ship your products via CTT. The estimated delivery time is provided in the order confirmation message; however, this may vary depending on delivery conditions. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, although this timeframe may vary based on external factors.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the package being returned to our store, leading to additional shipping costs if you wish to have it resent. We recommend ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing information provided.
