1. COMMERCIAL POLICY

Our commercial policy is based on strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All transactions are carried out securely and discreetly, and all data is stored safely.

2. HOW TO ORDER

2.1 Steps to complete a purchase in the online store

2.2 Right to refuse an order or cancel a purchase

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a purchase at any time and for any reason. A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before shipping. If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be issued after the product is returned in perfect condition.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND PRICING

All products come with a minimum 6-month quality warranty. Product prices include all applicable taxes.

3.1 Payment methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and Multibanco. The payment method must be selected at checkout. Credit card payments are securely processed through our payment partners. We do not store any credit card data or information related to other payment methods.

3.2 Payment processing

Payment must be made at the time of ordering for the order to be confirmed. The order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed. If payment is not successfully processed, the order will not be shipped and the amount will be refunded. For credit card payments, all details (such as card number or expiry date) are transmitted via encrypted protocol to the payment service provider, ensuring no third parties have access to the transmitted information.

4. ORDER SECURITY

All our payment processors are certified, and all order data is transmitted securely, following the latest security protocols. Payments are processed securely, and all data is stored safely.

5. RETENTION OF TITLE

Ordered products remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are valid for orders placed online and are valid on the date of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Final price at checkout

The final price at checkout includes the product total plus shipping costs and any applicable fees. The total amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.

6.2 Pricing errors

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, including incorrect prices displayed on our website due to human error, system malfunction, or any other reason. If an incorrect price is displayed, we will inform the customer before shipping, and the order will not proceed until the price has been corrected.

7. QUALITY AND WARRANTY

All products come with a minimum 6-month quality warranty. Repair or replacement costs for defective products will be covered by the company during this period. After the warranty period, repair or replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our products are shipped via CTT with tracking numbers to ensure security and fast delivery. Delivery times depend on the recipient’s location and must be paid by the customer.

8.1 Delivery: where and when

Delivery is available throughout Portugal and internationally. Delivery time is 1–3 days after order confirmation for shipments within Portugal, and up to 8 days for international deliveries. A CTT tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. The customer is responsible for checking the shipment status via CTT.

8.2 Delivery times

Delivery time is 1–3 days after order confirmation. In case of delays, the customer should contact customer support for further information.

8.3 Inspection upon delivery

The customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or in poor condition, the customer should not accept it and must contact customer support for further assistance.

9. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated according to the recipient’s location.

10. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns within 14 days of product delivery. Returned products must be in perfect condition and unused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after the returned product is received.

10.1 Order cancellation before shipping

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before shipment. If this occurs, the customer will be refunded within 10 business days.

10.2 Return of defective products

Defective products must be returned to our store. Return shipping costs will be covered by the store. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, and the amount paid will be refunded. The quality warranty is valid for a maximum period of 6 months.

10.3 Return of non-defective products

Non-defective products returned due to withdrawal must be in perfect condition and unused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

10.4 Return procedure

To return a product, the customer must contact customer support. A return authorization number will be provided. Returned products must be sent to the address provided in the authorization email. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after receiving the returned item, provided there is a valid reason.
