Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it. You must contact us to begin the return process.
All returns are subject to verification to ensure that the products are in good condition. If the items meet our quality criteria, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
To ensure transparency, we provide a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your return.
Refunds do not cover any shipping or insurance costs related to sending the return. These shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
